We offer a wide range of cooling tower gearbox and drive shaft, which is designed as per the AGMA standards and CTI Bulletin STD-111. These are available in various features like the right angle, double-reduction, spiral-bevel gear reducers. The fill, drain and vent lines are fabricated using GI / stainless steel.

Following are the features of our gearbox:

• The speed reducers are sized with a minimum service factor (S.F.) of 2.0, which is based on the motor nameplate horsepower
• The bearings are lubricated by a positive splash system
• The fill, drain and vent lines will extend outside of the fan stacks and have a sight glass
• The sight glasses are marked to show normal lubricant level in the reducer

The drive shaft is well connected by flexible and self-aligning couplings to the motor and gear reducer. Some of the features of it are:

• Each drive shaft and coupling set is sized for a minimum service factor of 2.0
